Frequently Asked Questions
Are there bathrooms in the race area? Yes, bathroom facilities are located near the main pavilion, marina, and skate park.
Are there amenities offered to participants before the race? Yes, a food station will be open before and after the race. There will be juice, bagels, muffins, fruit, and other goodies. There will also be a separate food station at the kids race area.
Are strollers allowed in the race? Yes, however, strollers must line up behind the runners at the back of the pack.
Can I run the 5k/10k and have my child run in the kid’s races? No, unfortunately these events happen simultaneously. Please note, you must be with your children at all times.
What is the refund policy? All entry fees are non-refundable. This is a charity event; consider it a donation.
Can I transfer my entry to another runner? This must be arranged before race day. No race day transfers. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements.
Are dogs allowed? Dogs are not allowed at the beach. However, service dogs are always welcome.
Are there water stations on the course? Yes.
How do I register? Online registration is open until 7am on Sunday, April 23rd. On race weekend, Walk-In Registration will take place on Saturday, April 22nd from 9am-1pm at Performance Physical Therapy 333 Post Rd. W. in Westport, and on Sunday, April 23rd from 7am-8am in the Compo Beach Pavilion. Please visit the Registration & Fees page for more information.
